Bookings & Payment

Once you submit your request, our team will verify availability and contact you to fine-tune the details. Then, we will send you a secure link to make your payment and guarantee your booking (we accept cards and transfers). Please note that Machu Picchu and train tickets are governed by the strict policies of their external operators. For our part, our services will always follow the guidelines detailed in our Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation Policies

Policies vary according to the type of service and the notice date prior to your trip. For general services (tours and transfers), the following penalties apply:

Up to 30 days before: 20% penalty
Up to 10 days before: 25% penalty
Up to 5 days before: 70% penalty
Up to 2 days before or No-show: 100% penalty

* In the event of force majeure, we will do our best to provide flexibility and rescheduling at no cost for our services. Please note that train tickets and Machu Picchu entries are strictly governed by the policies of each external operator, not ours.
